Lindsay is a Principal and Partner involved in all facets of the firm's activities, including development, acquisition, and management. A graduate of the University of North Carolina (B.A., Political Science), he began his career in land brokerage at CB Richard Ellis before moving into development at Trammell Crow Company. In 2006, he left to found Brookwood Capital Partners. He is married, has three children, and is an avid outdoorsman with a passion for waterfowl hunting.
Joe is a Principal and Partner with involvement in all aspects of the company's activities, with a focus on land acquisition, development, and build-to-suit opportunities. A graduate of Michigan State University, Walsh College, and New York University, he has held roles at Ashley Capital, Jones Lang LaSalle, and Opus, with a career centered on industrial and warehouse/distribution development. He partnered with Lindsay at Brookwood in 2008 and lives in Cary, NC, with his wife and two children.
Brooks is a Vice President with involvement across the full cycle of the firm's development and acquisition activity, from site selection and underwriting through construction, leasing, and asset management. A graduate of Denison University (B.A., Economics), he joined Brookwood in early 2025 from SteelWave, a Los Angeles-based developer, and was previously with Walker & Dunlop. Outside of work, Brooks is married and enjoys playing golf, skiing, and time on the water.
Erica is Controller at Brookwood Capital Partners. She holds a BSBA in Finance from the University of Florida and a Master of Accounting from NC State, and is a CPA in North Carolina. She was previously Controller at a publicly traded medical device company and an auditor with a Big Four firm. Raised in Florida, she is married with three children.
Rhonda is Project Accountant at Brookwood Capital Partners. She earned her MBA from Liberty University and holds bachelor's degrees in Business Administration and Accounting, with over 25 years of experience across real estate investment, security systems, and retail. A lifelong North Carolinian, she enjoys traveling, camping, and hiking the NC mountains.
